You’ll be welcomed with a glass of delicious mulled wine (or non-alcoholic alternative) and a mince pie and have a selection of the finest of winter's beautiful bounty to choose from including scented foliage, berries, pine cones, dried fruit and of course gorgeous ribbons.

Following a brief demo of the necessary and sustainable techniques, you'll be provided with as much personal guidance as required through each stage, with expert tips and encouragement to help you create a design that feels entirely your own. Whether you prefer something full and wild or more refined and minimal, you do whatever suits you and enjoy the process.
