Weddings - How it works
So how does it work? After you make your initial enquiry I will ask you for as many details as possible about your wedding and the floral items you have in mind. Following this wherever possible a no obligation consultation will be arranged either in person or a video call to explore ideas further. It is not always necessary to hold a consultation as sometimes you may feel it is more convenient for you if we start the design process through email etc.
Once I have sufficient information I will provide you with a cost guideline or an itemised proposal for your consideration.

To aid the design process it is always beneficial to have a ball park budget available in order for me to be able to guide you as how best to create the "look" and feel you want to achieve with your wedding flowers and to get the most out of your budget.

I am often asked whether I provide packages, but as every couple is different I prefer to work closely with you to provide a bespoke, tailor made service that ensures you have the style and look you want to achieve with your wedding flowers.

There are florists who have a minimum spend when it comes to wedding flowers, but I don't. It does go without saying that wedding flowers are not inexpensive and are impacted by many factors including the time of year, local and worldwide weather and economic influences etc. Not only that, there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes that also has to be taken into consideration when pricing up floral designs including an awful lot of cleaning of buckets and containers, candle holders etc, ordering the flowers, receiving the flowers and checking each individual bloom for quality and then conditioning them so they are at their absolute best for your big day, then everything that goes into creating the designs and then safely packing up the created designs and transferring them into the van, out of the van into the venue/s etc.
Whilst I am probably not the cheapest wedding florist, nor am I the most expensive. As a guideline please see below a few approximate costs based on my general flower choices:

Bridal bouquets - in the region of £150.00
Bridesmaid bouquets - in the region of £85.00
Buttonholes - £10.00
Broken arch - in the region of £1,000
Abundant urn on a pedestal stand - from £150.00
Top table - from £200.00
There will also be a delivery charge, as well as set up and breakdown charges.

If you've looked at my work, and like what I do, I'd love to hear from you.
